After graduating from college with a degree in Interior Design and General Construction, Kyung Ho Min shifted his focus to commercial design. Working under noble architectural firm, he branched out on his own, forming One Design Lab, Inc. in 1999.

One Design Lab, Inc. is a thriving commercial and residential design firm, suitable for the team for over 20 employees, with its sub-ordinate as a team and further supervision of the projects on site.

As president of company, Kyung Ho Oversees overall business operations and is responsible for client relationship development, business planning, and executing strategy for Architectural Design and Construction Services and operations of the company. Kyung Ho Min helps clients create and realize their vision, with down-to-earth advice and sense of humor along the way. Working with the belief that clients delighted with an comfortable in their distinctly new surroundings, Kyung Ho Min currently service as Vice President for California Korean Building Contractor Association.
